Siraj Vs RCB

RCB has committed a plethora of blunders in the past during their squad selection. Every single player that has left the team has haunted them back by performing exceptionally well.

Royal Challengers Bangalore is the most loved franchise of IPL, who have committed a comedy of errors and have been trolled numerous times due to their selection management. Players like KL Rahul, Yuzvendra Chahal, Shivam Dube, Travis Head, Shane Watson, Moeen Ali, and now Mohammed Siraj are a handful of players RCB might be regretting letting go of.

These players are in red-hot form in this 18th edition of TATA IPL, and after the encounter against GT last night, they might have questioned the management of RCB. There is utter shock and anguish among the fans when Siraj’s magical spell of 4 over 19 runs and 3 pushed RCB.

This restricted them to scoring 169/8 on the pitch, where 180+ was a piece of cake. It was a big emotional rush for Siraj as he termed RCB as his family and Virat Kohli as his mentor; it was a big test for him where he got his redemption.

Mohammed Siraj was dropped in every India match after the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, even from the Champions Trophy tournament. IPL was the platform where Siraj had to prove his worth, but being in unfamiliar terrain with GT after being part of RCB for seven years.

The first match for Siraj was a bad dream where he got smashed for 54 runs in 4 overs. In the next match against MI, he marked his reclamation by 2/34. Ahead of the clash against RCB on Wednesday, Siraj and Kohli hugged it out as they were meeting after 3 months.
